The Next 50

The McCourts may have yet to bring a post-season series victory to Los Angeles, but they sure have improved the stadium quite a bit. Today, they unveiled a very exciting plan entitled “The Next 50.”

With the New York teams both on the verge of playing in the most modern of modern day parks, it is so great to see the history of Dodger Stadium staying in tact while at the same time being presented with a whole new world. I anticipate “The Next 50″ plan to dramatically increase the value of the team and to give fans an special place to watch the world’s greatest game.

Undoubtedly, when this plan is complete, I intend to be sitting somewhere in that masterpiece. I don’t get out to the left coast too often anymore, as my time and finances do not allow for it, but this is an experience I will have to be a part of.
